Our attorneys are members of all bar associations in Ohio, are able to practice before the Federal District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, and are active members of the Community Associations Institute — a national education and advocacy group concerned with all aspects of common interest communities. Mr. Williams has the distinction of being able to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States.
- Charles T. Williams
Mr. Williams is the founder and a principal in the firm. A native of Columbus, Ohio, and a veteran of the Vietnam war, Mr. Williams earned his law degree from Boston College Law School. Widely recognized as one of Ohio’s foremost attorneys practicing homeowner association law and condominium law, he was an influential legal counselor in the Ohio legislature's development of the new homeowner association law that took effect in September 2010. Mr. Williams is a member of the Ohio and Columbus Bar Associations, the College of Community Association Lawyers, and past Chairman of the Real Property Law Committee of the Columbus Bar Association. He is a member of Community Associations Institute (CAI) and past President of the Central Ohio Community Associations Institute. He also co-authored the book Ohio Condominium Law, published by ThomsonWest, 2010.

- Robin L. Strohm
Ms. Strohm has been practicing law with Mr. Williams since 2004 and is a principal in the firm. Ms. Strohm is a 2004 graduate of Capital University Law School and a 1985 graduate of The Ohio State University. She is a member of the Ohio and Columbus Bar Associations and is admitted to practice in all Ohio courts and the Federal District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. Ms. Strohm is a member of the Columbus Historical Society, Women Lawyers of Frankin County and Columbus Landmarks Foundation. She is a member of the Community Associations Institute (CAI) and is the current president elect of The Central Ohio Community Associations Institute as well as a past president of The Central Ohio Community Associations Institute. Ms. Strohm is a frequent contributor to the firm’s blog — W&S Insights — providing legal perspective on timely, association-specific issues. She also has been published in Columbus Bar Lawyers Quarterly.

- Amy Milam Schutte
Ms. Schutte is a 2007 graduate of Capital University Law School and a 2004 graduate of Ohio University. She is a member of the Ohio and Columbus Bar Associations and is admitted to practice in all Ohio courts. She joined the firm in August, 2008, with a background in civil litigation. Ms. Schutte is a member of the Community Associations Institute.

Ms. Knightstep has been working for the firm as a legal assistant and skilled paralegal in the condominium and homeowner association field for 22 years. She handles the firm's substantial work product flow and serves as the office manager. Tammy is an active member of the Central Ohio Community Associations Institute.

Ms. Paxton is a 2008 graduate of Capital University. She has 3 years experience as a legal secretary and is a member of the Central Ohio Community Associations Institute. Ms. Paxton assists the office in all areas of the practice including preparation of lien filings, correspondence, foreclosures, and client relations.
