“We are pleased to announce that Robin Strohm will be speaking at the 2026 Annual CAI Law Conference in San Diego, California this year! Robin will be speaking with two other CCAL Fellows, Lynne Krupnick (Arizona) and Kim O’Halloran-Perez (Virginia). The presentation is titled, “Words Matter” and the session is about avoiding pitfalls when drafting condominium governing documents.”  All of the attorneys at Williams & Strohm, LLC will be attending the law conference (January 13 through January 16^th) as we do each year as part of our ongoing education in the practice of community association law.
